1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Envoyya's services, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Service Description

Envoyya provides AI-powered guest experience services for hotels, including:

  • Nova AI Concierge for guest assistance and recommendations
  • Cross-property preference sharing within our hotel network
  • Personalized hotel experiences based on guest data
  • Voice and text-based interactions in multiple languages

3. Age Restrictions

You must be 18 years or older to use Envoyya. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not use our service or provide any personal information.

4. Data Sharing & Preferences

What We Share

When you stay at hotels in our network, we may share certain preferences between properties, including:

  • Room preferences (floor level, bed type, etc.)
  • Travel persona and interests
  • Dietary restrictions and preferences
  • Housekeeping preferences
  • Communication preferences

What We DON'T Share

We never share sensitive personal data like:

  • Email addresses or contact information
  • Specific stay dates or locations
  • Payment information
  • Private conversations

No Guarantee of Use

IMPORTANT: Sharing your preferences does not guarantee that hotels will use them or accommodate your requests. Hotels maintain full discretion over their services and amenities.

5. AI Service Disclaimers

Nova AI Concierge

Our AI concierge Nova:

  • Provides recommendations and information based on available data
  • May make errors or provide inaccurate information
  • Does not guarantee the accuracy of restaurant recommendations, directions, or business hours
  • Is not responsible for any consequences of following its recommendations
  • May communicate in multiple languages with varying accuracy

AI Technology Partners

We use third-party AI services including Anthropic, ElevenLabs, and Perplexity. These services and models may change without notice. We select partners that do not train their models on your personal data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Envoyya, LLC is not responsible for:

  • Errors in AI recommendations or translations
  • Hotel service failures or accommodation issues
  • Miscommunications between you and hotel staff
  • Restaurants, attractions, or services recommended by Nova
  • Any damages resulting from use of our beta service

7. Data Security & Privacy

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. We are not HIPAA compliant or SOC 2 certified at this time. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

As a beta service, Envoyya may experience downtime, interruptions, or feature changes. We do not guarantee continuous availability.

9. Intellectual Property

All Envoyya content, features, and functionality are owned by Envoyya, LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
